                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE BLUFFVIEW
                   AREA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN, ON
                   SATURDAY, MAY 29, 1993 FOR THE "RIVER
                   GALLERY OUTDOOR SCULPTURE GARDEN DEDICATION"
                   SPONSORED BY THE RIVER GALLERY, UNDER
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of East 2nd Street from High Street to Spring
       Street and Spring Street from 2nd Street to the dead end from 
7:00
       P.M. to 10:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 29, 1993, for the "River
       Gallery Outdoor Sculpture Garden Dedication" sponsored by the
       River Gallery.  The sponsor is responsible for the installation
       and removal of all traffic control devices in accordance with the 

       traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all
       times, an access lane for residents' and emergency vehicles.
